FEI Customer Service Centers
Once your tool is installed and operating, you can focus on your work, assured that ongoing service and support is only a phone call or e-mail away.
FEI Customer Service Centers are staffed around the world with crews available 24/7. Following a thorough assessment of your service needs, the FEI customer representative will either transfer you to the FEI Technical Assistance Center or will dispatch a highly-skilled field service engineer to your location to troubleshoot and correct the problem.
